GYMNASTICS is an activity involving performance of exercise which required physical strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, concentration, balance and grace. It is a derivation from the exercises taught to the ancient soldiers to develop their strength such as mounting and dismounting of a horse and skills like circus acts.
It showcases various sequences of movement that exhibits strength, grace and agility.In artistic gymnastics, men compete in six events such as the floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bar and high bar while women compete in four events such as vault, uneven bars, balance beam and the floor exercise. Each uses different equipment such as ball, ribbon, hoops, ropes and clubs.
MINI-TENNIS challenges you to improve, to hit your strokes and develop your strategy to become a more efficient, effective player. When you improve your game, you don’tjust become a better player. You also get the satisfaction that comes from mastering a skill. That’s where pros — teaching professionals, not pro players — and tennis lessons come into the picture. When you get serious about your tennis, even if you’re just playing for fun, you need to consider taking tennis lessons.
ZUMBA KIDS & with MOM is both a dance class and a fitness class. Aside from its heart-health benefits, Zumba provides a workout for the whole body. From head and shoulder rolls that loosen up the neck and warm up the upper body, to footwork that strengthens and stretches calves and ankles, this fitness method touches on nearly every muscle and joint. Even those who are just learning the dance steps will find themselves waking up the day after a Zumba class with a definitive post-workout feeling.

BALLET technique is the foundational principles of body movement and form used in ballet. Emphasis is placed on strengthening the legs and body core (the center, or abdominals) as a strong core is required for many ballet movements (especially turns), and on developing flexibility and strengthening legs and feet.
After learning basic ballet technique and developing sufficient strength and flexibility,female dancers begin to learn pointe technique. Depending on the teacher and training system, students may progress through various stages or levels of training as their skills advance.
YOGA MOM the physical, mental and spiritual practices or disciplines which aim at transforming body and mind. The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible.It also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind.
The postures of yoga were each created for a specific health purpose. To detoxify,realign musculature, strengthen muscle, and create flexibility.
