After school activities are a vital and an integral part of children’s education. They help them develop social skills, improve academic performance and build up relationships with adults other than their parents. Researchers have also identified the characteristics of the most effective after-school programs and activities.

They support and complement classroom learning by emphasizing social, emotional and physical development.
They provide opportunities for informal learning.
Classes are provided by professional coaches and dispensed at the nursery from 01:00 pm to 02:00 pm

GYMNASTICS is an activity involving performance of exercise which required physical strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, concentration, balance and grace. It is a derivation from the exercises taught to the ancient soldiers to develop their strength such as mounting and dismounting of a horse and skills like circus acts.
It showcases various sequences of movement that exhibits strength, grace and agility.In artistic gymnastics, men compete in six events such as the floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bar and high bar while women compete in four events such as vault, uneven bars, balance beam and the floor exercise. Each uses different equipment such as ball, ribbon, hoops, ropes and clubs.
MINI-TENNIS challenges you to improve, to hit your strokes and develop your strategy to become a more efficient, effective player. When you improve your game, you don’tjust become a better player. You also get the satisfaction that comes from mastering a skill. That’s where pros — teaching professionals, not pro players — and tennis lessons come into the picture. When you get serious about your tennis, even if you’re just playing for fun, you need to consider taking tennis lessons.
BALLET technique is the foundational principles of body movement and form used in ballet. A distinctive feature of ballet technique is the continuous outward rotation of the thighs from the hip, referred to as “turnout”. Emphasis is placed on strengthening the legs and body core (the center, or abdominals) as a strong core is required for many ballet movements (especially turns), and on developing flexibility and strengthening legs and feet.
After learning basic ballet technique and developing sufficient strength and flexibility,female dancers begin to learn pointe technique. Depending on the teacher and training system, students may progress through various stages or levels of training as their skills advance.
DRUMMING(Dubai Afro-Drum Beat, Inc.) is dedicated to promoting and sharing the music and culture of West Africa through an intensive drumming classes, workshops, drum circles, retreats, team buildings workshops, corporate events, birthdays, parties and performances for all events and activities in the UAE. The sessions provide a complete educational and inspiring cultural experience.
It presents and facilitates high-energy drumming workshops, classes, drum circles to teach African and hand drumming as an outlet to entertain, relieve stress, enhance brain function, reduce anxiety, creates fun and leaving participants feeling uplifted,energized and inspired.
